Explain what Quendy means when she chastises Titus in '86.5%'

Quendy understands that something terrible is happening to Violet. However, she also understands that Titus is being selfish about it, and isn't being supportive. Quendy tells Titus that he needs to stop being so selfish, and to start supporting Violet and making her feel better about things.
