What is the main setting in the novel, Fairy Tale?

"Fairy Tale" is set in the real world, specifically in New Jersey, during modern times, though it also refers to Otherworld where the fairies live and which is accessible through a magical portal. Morgan is a human, though she is psychic, and most of the other characters are human with the exceptions of Cam and Dawn who are fairies.
