What is the main city in the land of Empis in the book, Fairy Tale: A Novel?

The City of Lilimar is the main city in the land of Empis. Leah’s parents once ruled over this land from their palace in this city, but they were overthrown when their youngest son, Elden, decided to get revenge on his family. During the years of Elden’s reign, he allowed the city to fall into disrepair. All of the citizens left and the shops closed. The butterfly statues and murals were vandalized and defaced. Once Charlie overthrew Elden, the gray people went to work cleaning up and repairing the mess that Elden had created.
