Why might the variation "Cockney" be difficult to read?

The variation "Cockney" might be difficult to read because of the use of dialect. The variation is written using a Cockney accent, which is a lower-class Londoner accent noted by a use of slang and under-enunciation. However, after getting familiar with the accent and/or by reading the variation aloud, "Cockney" is more easily understood.
