Who is Miss Perfidy from Everything on a Waffle and what is their importance?

Miss Perfidy is the elderly woman with whom Primrose is left. For a short time, she provides Primrose with a home after her parents disappear. Spirited and outspoken, Miss Perfidy serves as a triggering and/or catalytic character along Primrose's path towards self-trust and self-faith.
