How does Esperanza feel about leaving the ranch? Why do you think this would be difficult for her?

Esperanza is happy and almost gloating over leaving the ranch because of the slight it will provide to Tio Luis (pg. 55). She is, none-the-less, devastated by the thought of leaving the land.... the place she feels closest to her Papa (pg. 56).
