Who is the antagonist in the novel, Escaping Peril?

Chameleon is the antagoinst in the novel, Escaping Peril. He is a RainWing dragon, who poses as a SkyWing named Soar and introduces himself as Peril's father. He wears jewelry that makes Peril think he is wealthy and an animus-touched necklace that makes him appear strong. Though he has many disguises, he is actually nothing more than a conman.
