Who is Fairweller from Entwined?

Fairweller is the Prime Minister, and the King's right hand man. He is injured during the war but recovers. Fairweller and Clover begin a secret affair, which Azalea discovers. When the King learns of their affair, he calls for Fairweller's resignation. By the end of the novel, however, Clover and Fairweller are engaged to be married.
