Who is Razo from Enna Burning and what is their importance?

Razo is a Forest boy who is friends with both Finn and Enna. He is a scout in Geric's army, and he goes on several covert missions with Enna and Finn. Razo joins Finn in the attempt to rescue Enna after Sileph captures her.
