Who is Leifer from Enna Burning and what is their importance?

Leifer is Enna's older brother. It is Leifer who finds the vellum and learns the art of fire-speaking, though he has difficulty controlling it. He fights for Bayern at Ostekin, burning many Tirans and winning the battle, but he dies when the fire consumes him.
