Georgeanne Towgate is a citizen of Nollop. She firmly believes in the laws set by the council...... at least until the laws begin to effect her family. When her son, Timmy, is shipped away, she becomes lonely...... and eventually loses her mind. In the end, Georgeanne loses her mind and paints her body. She later dies as a result of lead poisoning from the paint.
