What does Lucinda do to get Ella to the ball?

Ella readies herself to attend the ball, but when she goes outside she finds that it is sleeting. Mandy summons Lucinda who uses magic to make Ella a carriage out of a pumpkin and coachmen and horses out of mice. She also makes Ella a beautiful tiara and necklace. Lucinda explains that the spells will only last until midnight since she is still opposed to using 'big magic'.
