What parts of the Carnival of Oddities were deceptive? Do you think this kind of entertainment is okay, or is it unfair to trick the audience?

The Carnival of Oddities is very much like what we might consider a "freak show". They were demeaning and degrading to the people that "performed". I think the audience expected this kind of thing when they attended.
