Who is Mr. Robicheaux in the novel, Early Morning Riser?

Mr. Robicheaux is the other second-grade teacher when Jane begins working at the Boyne City school. He is lazy and indifferent toward the children. Jane says his one positive is that she always feels like a good teacher next to him. He invites the bartender to speak to the class, and he once leaves a field trip to go to Hooters while Jane returns to the school with both classes. He has stopped teaching by the time Jane's daughter, Glenn, reaches second grade.
