How did Glenn get her name in the novel, Early Morning Riser?

Glenn's name is chosen because Duncan had teasingly told everyone they would name their child Glen in honor of a local supermarket. Jimmy took the words as truth and was hurt that Duncan had lied to him, leading Jane and Duncan to choose Glenn as her name. She loves pretty clothes and is a pleasant child.
