Describe the security of Paul's fortress. What does Scytale think of this?

Paul's fortress is heavily guarded, and there is no entrance that is not well-protected. Paul is constantly on the move inside, and is never in the same place for very long. The only way to land an air vehicle on the fortress is on a small, and difficult-to-access landing pad that only Paul himself can successfully negotiate. Scytale seems to feel that the overly robust security of the building will be its downfall.
