Why did Laurana feel like a fraud?

Laurana felt like a fraud because she felt that if anyone knew the real truth, they would see her as a sham. She wondered what they all would say if they knew that she was so frightened during the battles she could remember only pieces of them in her nightmares, that she was a mere game piece for the Knights, and that the only reason she had been there at all was chasing after a man that didn't love her, and running away from home.
