What is part of Kitiara's plan to destroy the armies of the Golden General?

Kitiara has been building her troops on the other side of the mountains in a sheltered valley. She explains that no one has questioned why her troops seem to disappear, or why they have been drifting southward. In her seizure of the Golden General, she is sure the army that follow her will be demoralized and weak, hopeless without their leader.
