Dickie Lockhart is a bass fisherman, who took his love for fishing to television. He hosts a fishing show on cable, and cheats to stay on top of the ratings. Dickie was murdered when he happened upon the murder of Bobby Clinch. He was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.
