In my opinion it's a great book, wich shows future world after the nuclear war in a very realistic way.

I think that Philip K Dick was ahead of his time. In this dystopia, people have used and abused Earth's resources so they need to do the same on another planet. This is eerily relatable today ecxcept we don't have the technology to ruin another planet...yet.
