How is This story "Do Androids Dream Of Electric Sheep?" relate to a Dystopia?

I'm not sure if I can get nine but I'll try.

-The masses of people are underclass. "Worthy people" have left Earth.

-Architectural chaos and disorder. LA looks unplanned, a giant Chinatown.

-Environmental damage. Always dark and raining.

-Lack of organic plants, trees, grass.....

-No social supports of any kind. Only an autocratic police force.

-Only source of information seems to be garish advertising.

-Social disorder

- Few if any children

-No animals

There, that's nine! Of course I was imagining the movie Blade Runner in my head but I did read the book!
