comparison to the movie bladerunner? what major differnces did you notice?

Yikes, where can I start? There are so many differences; I don't have enough room here.

Some details in the book that are very different from the movie.

-Decard is an active police officer in the book and looks forward to hunt down Andies (replicants)to further his job.

-Deckard has a wife

-Real as opposed to electric sheep play a part.

-Mercerism involve colonies that people have joined to lose self-identity

-there is no quest for Andies to find more life
