Hulohot is the Portugese mercenary hired by Strathmore to assassinate Tankado and retrieve the ring. Hulohot, who is deaf, uses a Monocle computer given to him by Strathmore to communicate the termination of his victims. Hulohot trails David Becker all over Seville, Spain as he tracks down Tankado's ring.
