What does Abbey suggest should be done about the erosion of national parks?

Abbey would like to see cars and other motorized vehicles banned from national parks, and he would lilke to see no more new roads built in national parks. He feels that people should be able to walk into the pristine areas without befouling them with vehicles and roads.
