Who is Lars from Desecration: Antichrist Takes the Throne and what is their importance?

Lars is a cocky, condescending Scandinavian who comes to Chang's apartment to perform Chang's lie detector test. Lars also tries to work on Chang's computer but is not able to break through to Chang's hidden data.
