Andrew Pennington, Death on the Nile, is the attorney that gets the letter from Linnet saying that she's run off and gotten married. Suspecting something, he manages to 'bump' into them. It is his plan to have Linnet sign some documents making it possible for him to continue to be paid for managing her money, giving him time to replace money lost on the stock market.
