Why does the woman in the hospital tell the policemen that her name is Lena?

The policemen ask the woman in the hospital what her name is. She tries to tell them her name, but the man who abducted her has conditioned her and mistreated her to say that her name is Lena. So when the policemen ask her for her name, she can only tell them that she is Lena.
