What rules did Lena's abductor have for her?

After beating Lena, her abductor cleaned her up and dressed her. Then he told her the rules. Whenever he came into the room, she was to position herself so he could see her and she would stick her hands out to make sure they were clean and there was nothing in her hands that could hurt him. She was allowed to use the toilet at 7 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 5 p.m., and 8 p.m. She is to be a good mother and a good wife.
