What do Matthias and Karin think when they see Hannah?

After Matthias sees the woman known as Lena, he tells the police that it is not his daughter. Then he and Karin see Hannah in the hallway. She looks exactly like Lena did as a child. Matthias thinks that she must be six or seven years old.
