How will Jonathan know that his father is coming?

Two large boxes of clothes, books, and toys were donated by Bayerisches Tagblatt for the children. One of the boxes went to the psychiatric clinic. That box would have had Jonathan's favorite trousers and red T-shirt. That would have let him know that his father was coming.
