How does Jasmin remember Kirsten's recovery after the rape?

Hannah asks to say goodbye to Jonathan before she leaves with her grandfather. Since Dr. Hamstedt is standing not too far away, Hannah whispers to her brother. She tells him it was stupid to draw Sara, and that it was her fault that Mama went away with Sara, but nobody could stand the baby. She tells him that she is going with their grandfather. She tells Jonathan that he needs to work hard to be normal again. If he is normal they can come and fetch him. Otherwise, he will have to stay at the clinic on his own. He nods.
