How and where did Lena draw stars for Hannah?

The room that used to be Lena's is just a shell of what it used to be. There is a pinewood bed, wardrobe, and an old stereo. There is also a desk and swivel chair. Star stickers that glow in the dark are on the ceiling. All the posters, photos, and a pinboard are gone. Lena's clothes have been given away.
