Why do Kimmie and Camelia argue?

Camelia argues with Kimmie, telling her Ben is not stalking her, and she defends herself by saying she's trying to be a good friend, and says that Camelia never asks about her life anymore. Kimmie also says that Camelia getting lost when she ran away when she was younger is common knowledge, that Ben could have heard about it anywhere.
