Camelia goes upstairs to her bedroom and answers the phone when it rings. It is a male voice. The caller will not identify himself, and says he is everywhere she is, and warns that Camelia needs to be a good girl. He then hangs up. Camelia notices her bedroom window and screen are pulled up, and there is a package sitting in the flowerbox outside her window. Inside are the pajama pants that Camelia put back when she was shopping.
