Who is Mick Runter from Deadfolk and what is their importance?

Fenton hires Mick Runter to replace Blake as head doorman at Hoppers. Blake knows Mick and has no respect for him, so he ambushes him outside his car and knocks him out. He then puts on Mick's doorman's outfit.
