Who is Chelsea Morris from Dead Is the New Black and what is their importance?

Chelsea Morris is the teenage girl that winds up in the Nightshade morgue. Her body is also the one that goes missing. The stamp on her hand is what leads Ryan and Daisy to investigate the Black Opal. In the end, it turns out that Miss Foster turned Chelsea into her fledgling, so while under her trance, Chelsea is helping Miss Foster to gain strength from the souls of the teenage girls. Once Daisy kills Miss Foster, Chelsea returns to normal.
