How do Prince Arctic and Foeslayer meet in the novel, Darkstalker?

Foeslayer is one of the NightWing delegation that has come to speak to the IceWings. She bumps into Prince Arctic and Snowflake when they prepare to join the meeting. Prince Arctic sends Snowflake into the meeting and remains outside talking to Foeslayer.
