Cee Cee is one of Susannah's best friends in Carmel. She is very intelligent and somewhat of a nerd. When Susannah needs help getting the de Silva story into the newspaper, she turns to Cee Cee, who is interning at the local paper for the summer. Susannah also lets the reader know that Cee Cee has a crush on their friend Adam. Cee Cee is albino and so she tries to stay out of the sun and often covers her skin to protect it.
