In the Darkest Fear, what problems does Myron Bolitar face?

First, Myron discovers he has a child. He then discovers that his unknown son has a life threatening disease. Myron is enlisted to help his ex-girlfriend, Emily Downing, find Jeremy's bone marrow donor. The investigation reveals many secrets about not only Myron and the Downings, but also two other families: Lex and Gibbs.
