In Chapter Thirteen, what frightening message does Myron receive?

In the middle of the night, Myron receives a phone call from a man. The man tells Myron to "sow the seeds." Myron is extremely confused by what this means. The caller mentions Dennis Lex's name, and also says that Myron should say goodbye to the boy.
