Borsk Fey'lya is the New Republic Councilor from Botha, He is described as having violet eyes and cream-colored fur that bristles as his emotions change. He grew up on Kothlis, which is a Bothan colony world. He later joins the Rebel Alliance after the Battle of Yavin along with a contingent of Bothans, who serve mostly in support and reconnaissance.
