What happens when a truck rushes past Mrs. Clipstone and her pram (baby buggy)?

When a truck passes by, one of the pheasants flies up from the pram, leading Mrs. Clipstone to grab her "baby." As a result, all of the pheasants flock up into the sky, creating a cacophonous scene.
