What does Wesley compare Taylor buying their house to in Act Two?

In Act Two, Wesley explains to Emma that there is not any potential buyers looking at the house because Taylor buys it, since he works in land development. Wesley compares Taylor's purchase of their land to a zombie invasion. He sees Taylor as a sign that other zombies are on their way to take over where they live.
