How does Weston react when Wesley tells him Ella is trying to sell the house?

When Wesley tells Weston Ella is trying to sell the house, Weston almost falls over and screams that he kills both her and the lawyer. Weston thinks everyone is taking him for a ride, and he says that Ella cannot steal the house away from him.
