Who is Lince (Lynx) from Crank and what is their importance?

Lince was Adam's girlfriend, at least until Kristina arrived in Albuquerque, and his eye wandered. When Lince finds out about Adam and Kristina, she is under the influence of drugs, and subsequently jumps from a balcony window. Luckily, she survives. Lince was pregnant with Adam's child.
