Why was Dell troubled by the picture Quang-ha drew of Cheddar in Chapter 11?

Dell was troubled by the picture of Quang-ho had drawn of Cheddar because it showed the boy had artistic talent. In Dell’s categorization system, the slot to which Dell has assigned Quang-ha indicated he should not have this talent.
