Who is Sally and Polly from Clarissa and what is their importance?

Sally and Polly are prostitutes at Widow Sinclair's brothel. Like Clarissa, both women were coerced to their ruin by Lovelace. Regardless, they are hugely responsible for setting Clarissa up and instigating her arrest.
