Who tries to help Juwain when he becomes ill?

Martian doctors are the first to try to help Juwain when he becomes ill. They are also the ones who call Jerome to ask him for help. When Jerome refuses to travel to Mars, the President of the World Committee tries to convince him otherwise. Finally Jerome decides to go to Mars but ends up staying at home in the end.
