How does Grant feel about talking to Dave Baxter?

Grant talks to Dave Baxter to better understand the mutants. Dave tells him about Joe, the mutant who helps fix things. Dave also explains that Joe hasn't aged and for some reason he put a greenhouse on top of an anthill. All of this information confuses but also interests Grant.
