Where did Zelie and Tzain grow up in the novel, Children of Blood and Bone?

Ilorin is the village in which Zelie and Tzain grew up. It is an ocean-side village similar to Venice in that there are a series of canals all throughout the village. It is a small village in which everyone knows one another.
